One for all.
And all for one.

For almost a year and a half, I dedicated myself to this major project. A worthy conclusion for the one final qualification: the Abitur. Because of my experience and knowledge, I was chosen to master this huge project. Only I would be able to do something special for all those with whom I spent most of my youth.

It was a matter of maintaining boldness. Work with determination. Manage responsibly. Because I knew: It was going to be emotional.

Gathering ideas is easy.Making it right for everyone is hard.

First of all, a motto had to be found. This was a difficult undertaking for the time being: You have to make it appealing to more than 100 students. Everyone must be able to identify with it, understand it. In this respect, a process was needed to accomplish just that.

In the course of this, the most wanted Abitur motto was first determined in a „tournament procedure“. The students had two weeks to send in their suggestions, which were then filtered according to the specifications of the school administration. The students were then able to vote for their favorites in several rounds. In the end, the Abiletten motto decided the race, after which the actual planning began.

Make yourselves visible!

I created a special flag design especially for the last days of our school days and had it produced. It is a tradition in our city that the individual schools parade through the city together and announce their graduation. With these flags we attracted the attention.

Together. Unified.

Printed with the logo of the motto and on the back all the names of the year, everyone was in the specially produced sweaters and T-shirts. This made it clear everywhere who belonged where. A sense of community was created and thus a sign of having spent time together for years.

Snapchat Geofilter

Stand out.

I designed my own Snapchat geofilter for the first time as part of this project, which was available in the area of our school for a month. With that, I took advantage of the trending platform to get our project out to as many people as possible.

Printed Memories.

Words are eternal. Books, while not digital, are a wonderful way to capture emotions. After many years together under one roof, we needed a yearbook with all the beautiful things we experienced.

The Front.

A timeless cover. The design fits one-to-one with the entire motto and is kept simple. Thanks to fewer colors and a hardcover, this book remains durable and lasts forever. No tears, no discoloration. Only memories. Forever.

The Back.

The back cover is a message to all who will hold this book in their hands. It has received a personal touch from me. There is no lack of emotion here: no matter where the future may take everyone, follow your intuition, your fascinations, your dreams. Not only Mr. Roosevelt said that. I say it, as well.
